Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end user experience for a defined product area, from discovery and research through launch and iteration
Design intuitive, high-quality interfaces that drive user engagement and measurable business outcomes
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to align design decisions with product strategy and ensure accurate implementation
Create and test prototypes with users to validate ideas and inform design decisions
Plan, conduct, and synthesise user research to identify user needs, behaviours, and pain points
Advocate for strong design principles, usability, and visual quality across the organisation
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of professional experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products
Demonstrated experience designing and shipping features for a large-scale consumer application
Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
Strong expertise across the full product design lifecycle, including research, UX, prototyping, and UI design
Experience designing for native iOS and Android mobile applications
Advanced proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools
Candidates must be legally authorised to work in the United States
Preferred
Experience within the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
