Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with direct and agency clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives and success metrics (business and personal)
Work proactively and cooperatively with account executives, specialists peers and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard
Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives
Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers
Build knowledge of how YouTube advertising solutions work, and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives and deliver consistent Value Delivered narratives to show impact and win incremental of Google media

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles

Knowledge of Google's advertising products and solutions, Search, App and YouTube advertising solutions
Ability to prioritize, plan and organize sales activities to meet customer goals
Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, curious, and resilient
Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
Excellent people management and communication skills
