Responsibilities

Lead project design and execution for E-houses, LV & MV Switchgear, MCCs, AC & DC UPS, Transformers, Power Management Systems, VFDs, and Soft Starters
Review project RFQs and ensure integrated solution & product complies with customer specifications
Ensure deliverables are in accordance with contractual obligations
Ensure the company standards and practices are followed during project execution
Develop and manage project budgets, detailed schedules, and effort estimates for engineering, construction, and commissioning phases
Perform and approve electrical calculations, system studies, schematics, and layout designs to optimize performance and efficiency
Ensure compliance with QA/QC plans, industry standards (IEC, IEEE, NEC), and local regulatory requirements
Coordinate interdisciplinary reviews, technical discussions, and supplier evaluations to ensure alignment with project objectives
Validate supplier technical proposals, ensuring compliance with specifications and engineering best practices
Develop and finalize Scope of Work (SOW) documents for contractors and oversee the contractor selection process
Supervise equipment installation and system integration activities while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards
Perform the pre-comm and commissioning tests for LV & MV Switchgears / MCC’s during Integrated Internal Testing & Final Integrated Testing
Endorse and approve commissioning scope, testing procedures, and acceptance criteria for electrical systems
Prepare and review project documentation, including test reports, engineering design records, and compliance certifications
Manage stakeholder communication, liaising with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in project execution
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams to enhance capabilities and knowledge-sharing

Required

A vast expertise and experience with strong knowledge of MV & LV Switchgear, MCCs, UPS, RMUs, MV VFDs, Distribution Transformers, and E-Scada
Ability to perform load flow analysis, short circuit calculations, protection coordination studies, and arc flash analysis
Proficiency in electrical protection schemes, testing methodologies, and system integration strategies
This position is exclusively for U.S. nationals and requires an Electrical P.E. accreditation from a state board
Project Management – Expertise in handling large-scale, multi-disciplinary electrical projects
