WS - Multimedia Content Coordinator
The University of Pikeville is seeking a Multimedia Content Coordinator, a mid-level creative role focused on producing high-quality multimedia content for the Center for Infinite Worth and its related initiatives. The coordinator will be responsible for designing graphics, creating digital content, and supporting various campaigns while collaborating with the Communications and Content Lead.

Responsibilities
Design original graphics, flyers, stories, and reels that visually communicate Center events and values
Create branded, accessible digital content that aligns with Center-wide themes and messaging
Support special campaigns for TCHT, JEDI, and BSU initiatives as assigned, including Campus Groups visuals
Coordinate with the Social Media Assistant to ensure graphics and videos are published on time
Maintain design templates and update recurring content (e.g., weekly event reminders, holiday posts)
Contribute to event photography and video for future promotional use
Work with the Content Lead to ensure all creative materials are approved and brand-aligned
Help brainstorm content ideas that are culturally relevant, inclusive, and student-centered
Attend weekly check-ins with the Content Lead and participate in team brainstorms
Attend and contribute to weekly Center for Infinite Worth staff meetings and related committee work
Qualification
Required
Mid-level experience in multimedia content production
Ability to design original graphics, flyers, stories, and reels
Create branded, accessible digital content
Support special campaigns for TCHT, JEDI, and BSU initiatives
Coordinate with the Social Media Assistant for timely publication of graphics and videos
Maintain design templates and update recurring content
Contribute to event photography and video for promotional use
Work with the Content Lead to ensure approval and brand alignment of creative materials
Help brainstorm culturally relevant, inclusive, and student-centered content ideas
Attend weekly check-ins with the Content Lead and participate in team brainstorms
