Responsibilities

Partner with investment teams, finance, and risk to deliver insights that inform capital allocation, portfolio construction, and strategic planning

Design and maintain dashboards, models, and reporting tools to support senior management decision-making for existing and prospective products

Drive automation and scalability of analytics processes using advanced tools and technologies

Monitor market trends and benchmarks to contextualize portfolio performance and identify opportunities or risks

Support quarterly and annual reporting cycles, including board and investor presentations

Collaborate with data engineering and technology teams to ensure data integrity and infrastructure alignment

Required

6–8 years of experience in asset management, investment analytics, or financial strategy, with a focus on private markets

Strong understanding of private asset, fund structures, operational workflows, and performance metrics

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and financial modeling; experience with Python or SQL is a plus

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and project leadership

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field

Preferred

MBA or CFA preferred
