WS - CIW Research Assistant
The University of Pikeville is seeking a CIW Research Assistant to support the Center’s educational and programming initiatives. The role involves conducting research, developing content, and assisting with data analysis to create clear and accessible research materials.

Responsibilities
Develop monthly one-pagers for the Center’s Lunch & Learn series, including observance histories and biographies – CT, CTR, T
Conduct research into race-based history in East Kentucky to support justice-related programming – CT, CTR
Curate content for discrimination report trainings and the campus-wide Canvas Resource Center – C, CTR, CT, T
Analyze and summarize campus climate survey data, highlighting student perspectives and trends – CT, CTR, P
Support analysis of TCHT Circle surveys and summarize key takeaways for planning purposes – CT, CTR, P
Assist with additional research projects, including grant support and resource development – TW, P, C, CSD
Create clear and concise summaries using accessible formats such as infographics and slide decks – C, T, P
Maintain organized documentation of sources and research findings – CT, P, T
Attend and contribute to weekly staff meetings and committee work – CSD, C, P, TW
Qualification
Required
Must be a current UPIKE student in good standing
