Mounting Operator - 3rd Shift

Responsibilities
Set-up and run required jobs on mounting equipment, mount production pieces to specific substrates through the process of gluing and adhering two pieces of material together
Maintain standard of quality
Report any problems and/or discrepancies to the die cutting assistant/department manager
Keep the work area clean and orderly
Work overtime when needed
Report accurate time and quantities using the “ELF” systems
Perform other tasks as requested
Be responsible for maintaining glue inventory
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent/Technical or equivalent experience
1 year mounting experience on any material
Ability to measure in fractions of inches up to and including 32nds
Ability to communicate/understand written as well as oral instructions
Ability to apply written instructions to machine set-up
Basic Math skills including skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Reliability through attendance, punctuality, and attention to workstation
Supports a safe work environment
Knowledge of production materials
Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs
Ability to visually inspect all work for defects and distinguish colors
Frequent reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and stooping
Manual dexterity for repetitive work
Frequent walking and standing
