Qualification
Required
10+ years of Project Management experience in banking / capital markets
Hands-on project delivery experience in Market Risk and/or Credit Risk
Solid understanding of risk concepts: VaR, sensitivities, stress testing, exposure, limits, RWA, Basel frameworks
Experience gathering requirements and working with Risk, Technology, Front Office, and Compliance teams
Strong skills in project planning, RAID tracking, governance reporting, and stakeholder communication
Preferred
Experience with risk systems, data flows, or regulatory initiatives
PMP or Agile certification
