Responsibilities

Support assigned executives by maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing documents and reports, managing contacts, and covering phones when needed
Work with executives to produce meeting agendas, stakeholder presentations, status reports, and other updates
Manage executive travel and expense reports when needed
Work with VP, Production Shared Services and VP, Production Safety to align schedule and meetings to meet the strategic objectives of the department, determining best ways to manage team members and stakeholders across multiple locations

Required

1+ years' administrative experience in a corporate environment, preferably within production
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook for calendar management
Highly tech-savvy with proficiency in Airtable and PowerPoint; proactive and organized with a confident, adaptable, and personable approach to dynamic environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects, with excellent follow-through
Strong communication skills, with an ability to interface with internal and external executives and colleagues in a collaborative and solution-oriented fashion
Strong people skills, including the ability to work effectively as part of a team and with professionals at all levels
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Knowledge of and/or interest in learning about television production and production services
Experience as a Production Office Coordinator preferred, with proven ability to manage workflows and support complex projects
Curiosity and a growth mindset
Proven ability to anticipate executive needs and navigate ambiguity
