Required

Experience building GenAI apps using frameworks like LangChain, Langgraph, CopilotKit, and vector stores

Deep understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), orchestration, observability, evaluation, and scaling LLM-powered applications

Next.js for React-based front-end development; knowledge of SSR, SSG, Incremental Static Regeneration

Python for back-end and ML components—proficient with FastAPI

Strong REST and GraphQL API skills

FastAPI: designing high-performance async APIs in Python

PostgreSQL: optimal database schema, query tuning, and context augmentation for GenAI

Databricks: ETL pipelines, feature engineering, MLflow or equivalent MLOps

AWS/Azure/GCP proficiency in serverless—Lambda, FaaS patterns linked to FastAPI or Next.js

Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Serverless Framework, AWS CDK)

Hands-on with Cursor, Windsurf (or Codeium) for AI-assisted development and 'vibe coding'

Familiarity with 'agent mode'—AI-driven multi-file generation and cascade edits

Experience designing multi-agent orchestration (e.g., Copilot agents), integrating tool chains and retrieval pipelines

Worked on systems combining text, images, audio, video; edge model deployment/optimization

Apply observability, bias detection, evaluation loops, and explainability (XAI) in production GenAI systems

Demonstrated use of AI-powered IDE workflows to deliver faster, iterative development cycles, handling routine code generation while focusing on system-level thinking

At least 5 years of professional experience in similar roles and similar products

Bachelor's degree in AI engineering, computer science, or related field

Proven experience as an AI engineer, software engineer, or similar
