Responsibilities

Understand hiring needs deeply, partnering closely with Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers to develop and execute a front-end sourcing strategy that discovers qualified candidates

Establish trust with hiring managers in supporting the influence of talent strategy

Consistently source and track a high volume of qualified candidates for assigned requisitions

Conduct exhaustive research into emerging tech sectors to identify the best animation-focused talent

Conduct first round interviews to assess for potential fit and alignment to business needs, while prioritizing an excellent candidate experience

Drive operational execution of candidate activity by partnering with hiring managers and talent coordinators to ensure a smooth candidate experience while optimizing for operational excellence

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Thorough understanding of animation pipelines, creative skills, and experiences for creative and technical roles in animation, gaming, and VFX environments

Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Agility and ability to be flexible in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment are a must!

Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field

At least three years of related recruiting experience required, with prior experience in technical roles, plus ideally in gaming, animation, or VFX
