Job Bidder
Resume Radiance is dedicated to defeating unemployment by positioning individuals to get hired through strategic branding and support. The Job Bidder role involves helping clients secure interviews and ultimately jobs, rewarding precision and results.
Responsibilities
You have 30 days to land each client at least one interview using either their existing resume or one provided by the company
If you get the client an interview, you get paid
If they land the job, you get paid again
Qualification
Required
Comfortable reading job postings and matching people to the right opportunities
Able to write and edit simple, professional resumes and applications
Organized and dependable with deadlines and tracking work
Confident communicating with clients and providing updates
Familiar with basic job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and willing to learn new systems
