Responsibilities

Lead engineering technician tasks with minimal supervision, utilizing electronic applications and document control processes
Apply knowledge of engineering standards, systems, and codes to ensure project compliance
Enhance quality and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring deliverables meet project standards
Develop and create design deliverables, using various design inputs and improving methods and processes
Coordinate project deliverables with other teams to minimize errors and support field activities
Share knowledge of new technologies and provide guidance to other team members

Qualification

Autodesk InventorSDSSubstation industry experienceEngineering standardsTechnical guidanceCoordination skillsInnovative mindsetKnowledge sharingCommunication skillsContinuous learning

Required

3-5 years of experience with Autodesk Inventor and SDS in the substation industry
Strong background in the substation industry is essential
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to others
Proficient in applying engineering standards and quality improvement processes
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Preferred

Diploma or Certificate preferred
Associate Degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology is a plus
