Responsibilities
Build end-to-end product features across backend, frontend, and agentic layers
Integrate LLMs and design safe, pragmatic tool interfaces
Prototype quickly and iterate based on live operational feedback
Debug across the entire stack and remove bottlenecks
Collaborate closely with product, domain experts, and early customers
Influence architecture, engineering standards, and the early roadmap
Help shape hiring and engineering culture from the ground up
Qualification
Required
7+ years of relevant engineering experience
Strong fluency in Python or TypeScript
Proven ability to ship full-stack features end-to-end
Experience integrating LLM APIs or building AI-augmented features
Strong debugging skills across backend and frontend
Clear communicator with a bias toward action and simplicity

Preferred
Experience with agentic workflows or tool-use patterns
Familiarity with React, Node, FastAPI, Next.js, or similar frameworks
Exposure to workflow engines or event-driven systems
Experience in operations-heavy domains
Prior zero-to-one or startup experience
