Responsibilities

Prospect qualified leads across assigned regions (DACH)
Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, phone)
Book qualified discovery meetings for the AE team
Maintain clean, up-to-date records in HubSpot
Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging
Provide feedback from the field to improve pitch, and objection handling

Qualification

Required

1–2 years of B2B outbound experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or hospitality/F&B services
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very comfortable with cold calling and objection handling
Organized, self-driven, and resilient
Languages: Fluent in English and at least two other European language
Location: Germany or in the EU

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools preferred HubSpot
Familiarity with hospitality or sustainability industries
Experience in sales in the hospitality industry
