This role offers the opportunity to lead financial due diligence engagements across a wide range of industries, working with both private equity and corporate clients, and to mentor a growing team of talented associates and senior associates.

Responsibilities
Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements for M&A transactions
Analyze historical financial statements and operational trends to assess quality of earnings and key deal drivers
Prepare, review, and present insightful reports and deliverables to client management
Manage project timelines, coordinate team efforts, and ensure deliverables exceed client expectations
Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of experience in Transaction Advisory, Audit, or M&A due diligence
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, and transaction advisory services
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and travel as required
Preferred
CPA or equivalent professional certification preferred
