Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and Gantt charts across multiple workstreams
Define scope, milestones, dependencies, and timelines with stakeholders, ensuring clarity on ownership and delivery dates
Drive readiness planning across marketing activations, communications, training and onboarding, and digital enablement aligned with technical teams
Serve as a central point of coordination across Business, Marketing, Digital, Technology, and Operations
Lead recurring status meetings and working sessions; hold teams accountable to commitments and timelines
Identify risks, gaps, and interdependencies early, escalating with clear mitigation plans
Partner closely with leadership to divide and conquer across initiatives and manage high execution volume
Operate with a hands-on, execution-first mindset, pitching in as needed to keep work moving
Adapt plans in an Agile environment while maintaining delivery discipline
Maintain a holistic view of how workstreams interrelate to ensure alignment and on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
Senior-level project management experience (5-10 years) with the ability to ramp up quickly and add immediate value
Proven success leading cross-functional programs spanning Business and Technology teams
Strong facilitation and leadership skills; able to run meetings, manage discussions, and drive decisions
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
Preferred
Experience with marketing initiatives, communications, or go-to-market readiness
Background bridging Business, Technology, and Program Management
Experience in fast-paced, enterprise environments
