Responsibilities
Configure, support, and optimize MRI Software for commercial property management clients
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective MRI configurations
Apply MRI best practices to improve workflows, reporting, and system utilization
Support MRI implementations, upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
Assist with data validation, testing, and user acceptance activities
Deliver functional training sessions and process walkthroughs
Troubleshoot complex functional issues and recommend practical solutions
Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and client stakeholders
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on MRI Software experience in a functional or consulting role
Strong, in-depth MRI expertise, including configuration and day-to-day system behavior
Proven experience supporting commercial property management operations
Experience with multiple MRI modules, including Commercial Management, Residential Management, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Job Costing, Budgeting & Forecasting, and Investment Accounting (preferred, not required)
Ability to work independently and manage assigned workstreams
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Comfortable working directly with clients and explaining complex MRI concepts clearly
MRI Web (SaaS) experience
Preferred
Experience with residential or multifamily property management (plus)
Mixed-use, office, retail, or industrial portfolio experience
Exposure to integrations, conversions, or reporting tools
Prior consulting or professional services experience
International project exposure
