The role requires strong technical expertise to configure and operate AV systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless technology support during events.

Responsibilities
Configure and operate audio, video, and lighting systems for corporate events, town halls, and executive meetings
Ensure proper signal flow and connectivity across all AV components
Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams and WebEx platforms
Troubleshoot issues in real time during live sessions
Perform routine health checks on integrated conference room systems
Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and professionally
Assist with upgrades and installation of technology across the environment
Partner with event organizers, IT teams, and external vendors to align technical requirements
Deliver real-time support and issue resolution during events
Maintain AV equipment inventory and ensure all devices are in working order
Conduct routine maintenance and escalate repair needs promptly
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with audio systems (microphones, mixers, amplifiers), video systems (cameras, switchers, projectors), and lighting systems (fixtures, control boards)
Familiarity with Poly conferencing systems and AV signal flow
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to perform under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with streaming platforms and hybrid event technologies
Knowledge of AV control systems and basic networking principles
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certification or equivalent
