Responsibilities
Lead strategic initiatives to identify and remove friction in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), enabling engineering teams to deliver features faster without compromising quality or security
Lead strategic initiatives to ensure that Google Cloud follows best practices for designing for security and compliance
Partner with VP-level stakeholders across product management, engineering, operations, and sales to design and deploy a more scalable SDLC mechanism
Land, operate, and continually improve SDLC mechanisms to enable development speed, security and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in program or project management
6 years of experience leading management consulting programs at a consulting firm
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve software development velocity and efficiency
Experience in the end-to-end product development process (SDLC)
Preferred
10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
