Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations to ensure company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently executed across the restaurant
Lead and support culinary and service teams to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, portioning, and speed of service
Manage cash handling, deposits, and financial controls with accuracy and accountability
Monitor labor, scheduling, and payroll to align with budget goals while maintaining a strong guest experience
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning feedback into opportunities for improvement
Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture
Analyze financial reports and operational metrics to drive profitability, efficiency, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a General Manager for $2.5M+ QSR or full-service restaurant
Proven restaurant leader with strong operational, people-management, and team-development experience
Financially savvy with hands-on experience managing P&L - labor, budgets, and overall restaurant performance
Organized and systems-minded; skilled in scheduling, inventory, vendor coordination, and comfortable using restaurant technology and tools (POS, Google Workspace, and back-of-house systems)
Collaborative, growth-oriented leader who values transparency, guest experience, and building a positive, people-first culture
Spanish speaking skills required
