Responsibilities
Establish methods & standards for production processes
Collect data & process analytics in support of process improvement projects
Manage process flow & layouts, value stream mapping, and material movement plans
Audit processes against established methods/standard work
Assist development & maintenance of packaging configuration & servicing
Aid in the instruction, training, and implementation of new equipment & processes, methods & work instructions, or continuous improvement activities
Support kaizen/Continuous Improvement projects
Leverage SAP ERP system to manage BOMs & routings for multiple production lines
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Safety role – Compliance and participation in safety related programs and initiatives
Engineering & Quality Role – Ensure compliance for all areas of responsibility
Customer Service – Understands customer requirements. Ensures that the needs of external and internal customers are met on time and accurately
Establish methods & standards for production processes
Collect data & process analytics in support of process improvement projects

Preferred
1-2 years of Industrial Engineering experience preferred
Associate Degree in Industrial Technology preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of SAP would be a plus
