Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist
The Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) is an independent civil society organization focused on addressing organized crime issues globally. The Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist will enhance GI-TOC's digital channels, primarily focusing on SEO strategy, paid digital campaigns, and performance monitoring to drive growth in engagement and visibility.

Responsibilities
Monitoring performance across YouTube, social media, and website (Google Analytics, YouTube Studio, social platform analytics)
Provide regular reports and actionable insights
Track paid campaigns and optimise budget allocation
Identify performance trends and recommend improvements based on analytics
Ensure social media channels are optimised for discoverability and reach
Optimise keywords and metadata across website, social media and YouTube
Suggest changes to website structure and on-page elements for improved search rankings
Support YouTube SEO and make suggestions to improve content (e.g. thumbnails, closed captions and end screens)
Track industry changes and make recommendations to relevant teams
Advise on any additional tools needed to optimise content
Plan paid campaigns and content across YouTube / Google Ads and social media
Collaborate with Multimedia and Social Media Manager
Implement A/B testing
Ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experienced
Strong analytical and data skills
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEO tools
Demonstrative experience with paid campaign platforms
Technical understanding of website optimisation
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team and turn data into actionable recommendations
Experience in digital marketing
Strong track record of managing SEO and paid media campaigns
Experience in YouTube channel optimisation and analytics reporting
