Architect and implement control firmware for power converters (DC/DC, DC/AC, battery charging)
Lead firmware development through design, testing, integration, and deployment
Work hands-on with embedded platforms, DSPs, microcontrollers, and real-time control systems
Support compliance, certification, and product validation processes
Qualification
Required
B.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering
5+ years of firmware development for power electronics in industrial, automotive, or utility-scale applications
Strong skills in embedded C/C++, RTOS, DSP/FPGA platforms, and hardware debugging
Familiarity with power converters, inverters, and communication protocols (CAN, Modbus, TCP/IP, etc.)
Preferred
M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering
Experience with MATLAB/Plecs, HIL systems, and grid-compliance standards
