Required

Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication abilities
Proven experience in administrative assistance and office administration
Proficient knowledge of Quickbooks online and bookkeeping
Familiarity with operating and maintaining office equipment
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
