Responsibilities

Conduct inspections and tests on products to ensure they meet quality standards
Assist in internal audits as directed by the Quality Manager
Maintain and troubleshoot testing devices, logging all calibration activities
Report any quality issues to management promptly
Develop data sets to analyze production trends and quality indicators
Train and support shop personnel in quality assurance practices

Qualification

ISO9001 quality systemsElectrical schematics readingProcess equipment experienceBasic computer skillsTeamwork

Required

Minimum 2 years of experience in process equipment or controls wiring, and assembly
Familiarity with ISO9001 quality systems and the National Electric Code
Ability to read electrical schematics and ladder diagrams
Basic computer skills and a strong commitment to teamwork
Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds and work in various environmental conditions
Comfortable operating material handling equipment after training
