Sales & Sourcing Specialist (Asia)

Responsibilities

Source quotes for parts and services based on customer specifications
Prepare and provide quotes from available stock or sourced materials
Maintain customer opportunities within CRM
Ensure compliance with parts traceability requirements
Monitor shipments from freight forwarders and suppliers to ensure prompt delivery
Address and resolve NCO (Non-Conforming Materials) discrepancies
Forecast, monitor, and meet sales revenue and margin goals
Analyze sales metrics, prepare reports, and deliver insights to improve sales team performance
Travel may be required (Less than 10%)
Other duties as assigned by direct manager

Qualification

Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or sourcing roles
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aviation industry, preferred
Associate's degree in business administration, marketing, or finance
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI, SQL)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to review, analyze, and articulate sales data and performance metrics
Foundational understanding of relationship building with internal partners, vendors, and customers
Familiar with ERP, CRM, e-Commerce networks, and business analytics tools
Developing effective negotiation skills
Driven and productive in fast-paced environment
Proactive in curiosity, thinking through problems, and developing solutions

Preferred

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Aviation industry, preferred
Multi-lingual: English, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, Hindi, etc., a plus
