Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python (Flask and FastAPI)
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to support front-end features and third-party integrations
Implement business logic and data processing workflows in the backend
Optimize backend performance, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
Develop user-facing features with React.js, focusing on responsive, dynamic, and engaging UIs
Integrate frontend with backend services via API calls, ensuring seamless data flow between client and server
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design for various devices
Design and maintain relational database schemas using PostgreSQL
Handle data migrations, backups, and database security
Work with ORM tools like SQL Alchemy to interact with databases
Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to gather requirements and deliver functional software solutions
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability
Write unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests for both frontend and backend components
Ensure software quality by following best practices for testing, version control, and deployment pipelines
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in full stack development
Continuously improve coding standards and architecture for long-term sustainability
Manage the deployment process using CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git & Gitlab)
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as needed, ensuring minimal downtime and high availability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
3+ years of experience in a front-end engineering role
Proven history of building robust, scalable, and efficient applications
Experience with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and SQL
