The successful candidate will support the biotransformation function by updating AI/ML models, organizing a metabolites database, and collaborating with scientists to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities

Update and enhance internal biotransformation AI/ML models
Organize and curate a comprehensive metabolites database from multiple sources
Partner with scientists to optimize the biotransformation workflow
Summarize and present results to diverse scientific audiences

Required

Must be pursuing a Master's Degree (enrolled student)
Must have attained a Master's Degree
Must be pursuing a PhD (enrolled student)
Drug metabolism, data science or a related discipline
Applicants should possess a strong foundational understanding of AI/ML frameworks and the ability to effectively collaborate with our Computational Center of Excellence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven, can work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred

Experience in Python, RDkit, Cheminformatics and/or classical Machine learning is preferred
Experience in metabolite identification and biotransformation pathways of small molecules is a plus
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
