Promptly respond to all new dog training inquiries immediately during the Immediate Response Window
Qualify leads and gather relevant client and dog details
Schedule phone consultations using our CRM (Go High Level)
Follow up with leads via text and phone calls
Track lead status and maintain accurate notes in the CRM
Qualification
Required
Sales or phone-based experience: 1 year (Required)
Must be located near Powell, TN or willing to occasionally report to our office
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
Preferred
Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) is a plus
Background in vet tech, pet care, or related animal fields
