Responsibilities

Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Experience in solution design, architecture, and project leadership
Candidate needs to have prior experience in leading of the following areas - Order Management Cloud, Procurement Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Inventory Cloud, Planning Cloud, Product Data Management Cloud
Must be able to understand REST API based integrations and design/mapping between source and target systems all transactional and configurational data and able to identify discrepancies for extreme cases
Experience in at least 2 full-fledged implementations of Oracle cloud application
Experience in Requirements gathering and come up with solution design
Experience coordinating with other tracks for delivery of end-to-end business processes
Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Engage with different stakeholders to drive various outcomes, ability to understand the core functional requirements and deliver the outcome in a way that scales across all businesses
Work collaboratively with offshore team to build solutions and execute business scenarios
Experience managing team size of 5+ resources
Experience on production support is nice to have
Experience in Data Migration will be added advantage
Hands-on experience in Analysis & Configuration of Oracle Fusion cloud components, custom fields, custom objects, DFFs, reports
Hands-on in Business Process modelling and simplification
Exposure to Manufacturing, Planning, and Financials integration

Required

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 11+ years of Information Technology experience
Minimum 7 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
