They are seeking a Business Development Manager to help grow their Treasury Management arm by building partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem and sourcing treasury solutions for crypto-native clients.

Responsibilities
Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds and ecosystem partners
Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships
Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate needs into practical treasury solutions
Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates
Own conversations from first intro through execution
Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups and conferences
Share market insights to help shape treasury strategy and offerings
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, partnerships or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3
Solid understanding of crypto treasury basics: liquidity, yield, risk and counterparties
Comfort working with founders, DAOs and crypto-native teams
Strong communication skills and sound judgment
Self-driven and comfortable in a remote-first setup
Based in Switzerland and closely connected to the local and broader Web3 ecosystems
Preferred
Fluent in English; French is a plus
