Responsibilities
Utilize the company MRP system to review work orders and work instructions
Build and assemble products per work order using basic manufacturing equipment
Carton, package, and label finished goods
Impart quality into every part manufactured by following established standards and procedures
Accurately complete manufacturing transactions within the MRP system
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Assist the Manufacturing Leader in maintaining equipment and sanitation standards in accordance with 5S principles
Ensure efficient use of time and equipment while maintaining accurate records and tight inventory control
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Perform other duties, projects, or assignments as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong commitment to workplace safety
High school diploma or equivalent required
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to achieve company, department, and personal goals
Strong attention to detail with sustained mental and visual focus
Good communication skills; must be self-motivated and able to follow verbal and written instructions
Regular use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear
Regularly lift and/or move objects weighing 10–50 lbs
Frequently stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Occasionally sit, climb, or balance
Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus
