Lead the way we capture, organize, and use data and evidence across our global portfolio
Shape organization-wide MEL data systems used across a global portfolio
Support leadership decision-making, learning, and proposals
Focus on usability and adoption of data systems
Lead through partnership in a mission-driven, matrixed organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of progressive experience in MEL, data management, or a related field
Proven experience managing or supporting quantitative data systems (databases, dashboards, large datasets)
Strong data skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Airtable, or similar
Experience supporting distributed teams with varying levels of MEL and data literacy
Excellent communication skills—able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on implementation and usability
Comfortable in matrixed environments, influencing via collaboration vs. authority
