eDiscovery Sales Director - West Coast
APT Search is a boutique Legal Services business hiring for a dedicated West Coast eDiscovery Sales Director to join their team. The role involves new business development, managing client relationships, and selling a range of legal tech services and tools.
Responsibilities
You will be a New Business Development professional who is confident building your own pipeline (supported by the marketing team) and seeing deals through to close
Your target market will be law firms and corporates on the West Coast
You should be comfortable spending time face to face with clients regularly and will be expecting to manage your time effectively to ensure you are building strong client relationships with decision makers in the legal services & legal tech space
You will have the opportunity to sell eDiscovery, Litigation Services, Document Review & Forensics as well as a suite of over 60 tools including but not restricted to Relativity
Qualification
Required
New Business Development professional
Confident building your own pipeline (supported by the marketing team)
Seeing deals through to close
Comfortable spending time face to face with clients regularly
Manage time effectively to build strong client relationships with decision makers in the legal services & legal tech space
Sell eDiscovery, Litigation Services, Document Review & Forensics
Excellent skills in forecasting & pipeline generation
Hunter mentality
Strong relationship building skills (internally with Project Managers, externally with customers, prospects and partners)
Track record of generating over $1.5m in a full sales lifecycle role in eDiscovery or Legal Tech
Remote role with regular travel to see clients across the West Coast region
