Responsibilities

Provide on-site support for AV systems across multiple conference rooms and meeting spaces

Troubleshoot and maintain audio systems, including microphones, speakers, mixers, and DSPs

Support video conferencing platforms, including Polycom systems

Configure, support, and troubleshoot Crestron control systems

Assist with AV installations, wiring, signal routing, and equipment setup

Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, and connectivity issues

Perform basic programming or configuration for AV/control systems as required

Ensure AV environments are tested, stable, and ready for daily meetings and events

Required

Strong hands-on experience with Audio-Visual (AV) systems

Experience supporting conference rooms and large meeting spaces

Working knowledge of audio equipment (microphones, mixers, DSPs)

Experience with enterprise AV platforms such as Polycom, Crestron, and QSC Systems

Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and signal flow

Familiarity with AV control systems and basic programming/configuration

Preferred

AV-focused background such as theater, live sound, lighting, or professional AV

Experience supporting Android-based AV or control devices
