Provide outstanding customer service that creates a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products and services
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor
Stay knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions
Accurately process purchases and returns using the POS system
Follow inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Support team members and assist with special events as needed
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales-minded with a customer-first approach
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a team environment
Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
