Perspective is seeking a GoHighLevel expert to join their Support team, helping customers succeed with their marketing funnels and automations. Responsibilities
Act as our GoHighLevel expert for US-based customers
Support customers directly via live chat, emails, video calls, and quarterly webinars, helping them succeed with their Perspective funnels and integrations
Help customers connect Perspective with GoHighLevel and other tools like Zapier, Meta, and Google platforms
Troubleshoot technical setups in GoHighLevel, including automations, pipelines, triggers, workflows, forms, calendars, and integrations
Deliver a premium, consultative experience on video calls to resolve issues and provide strategic guidance
Qualification
Required
2+ years in customer-facing support, ideally in SaaS or marketing tech
Deep GoHighLevel knowledge: expertise in workflows, automation, CRM, calendars, triggers, funnels, email, and SMS tools
Good understanding of online marketing (Facebook, Google, YouTube ads) and strong social media familiarity
Native-level English proficiency and can explain technical concepts clearly, concisely - both verbally and in writing
Love supporting customers, communicate with empathy, and can work independently
