Sales Enablement & Training Manager
Theron Solutions is a company seeking a Sales Enablement & Training Manager with extensive experience in sales enablement and training within a B2B SaaS environment. The role focuses on developing and executing a sales training strategy, designing engaging training content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective training programs.
Responsibilities
Develope and execute a comprehensive sales training strategy that aligns with company objectives and sales goals, with a focus on AI role plays and persona-based learning paths
Design and deliver engaging and effective training content for new hire onboarding, ongoing product training, and reinforcement of sales methodologies, leveraging AI and LMS platforms
Collaborate with sales leadership, product marketing, and other cross-functional teams to identify training needs and ensure content is accurate, relevant, and industry-leading
Manage the learning management system (LMS) and other enablement tools to ensure sales reps have easy access to resources, and providing administrative support for new hires
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through KPIs, feedback, and performance analysis to continuously improve our enablement initiatives, and reporting these insights to leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in sales enablement and training within a B2B SaaS company
2+ years of prior sales experience with a strong track record before moving into enablement and training
Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g. Mindtickle, Showpad, Seismic, Highspot) and sales and AI tools
Experience building and delivering sales training programs from scratch
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, able to engage diverse sales audiences at all levels
Experience in the identity marketplace, fraud or security industries
