Virbac Corporation is a company focused on animal health, contributing to the health of the planet. They are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to champion operational excellence in marketing practices, optimize the commercial marketing team, and lead national tradeshow management.

Responsibilities

Strategy and executional lead for national Tradeshow management including VMX & WVC conferences

Manage rhythm of the business including weekly Marketing team meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), key Marketing contact for National Sales Meeting, Global Marketing meetings, and key contributor for annual Budget Planning process

Ability to develop reporting templates and tools for the Marketing Managers to leverage during key meetings including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Quarterly Plan of Action (POA), and other critical commercial meetings

Collaboration with the Sales Operations team to help ensure Commercial alignment for key meetings including QBRs, POA (Plans of Action), Global Marketing meetings, and annual Budget planning meetings

Internal Communications leads including development and execution of a full year plan

Lead management of key Above Brand programs for the Marketing team

Special projects as needed that will help Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) continue driving operational improvements within a hyper growth environment
