Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative strategies to enhance instructional practices, student engagement, and academic performance
Guide school leaders and educators through coaching, professional development, and strategic planning to enhance their effectiveness
Develop and lead virtual and in-person professional development sessions that empower educators and drive institutional success
Build strong relationships with educational stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Leverage data-driven strategies to evaluate educational effectiveness, refine teaching methodologies, and improve student outcomes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in education, business growth, school leadership, or strategic consulting
Ability to implement impactful strategies that improve performance, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement
Comfortable using virtual collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, LMS platforms) to support remote learning and professional development
Ability to engage diverse teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster collaboration at all levels
