Field and manage incoming calls from potential customers interested in our safer alternative lawn care services. No cold calling!
Leverage your telesales experience to effectively communicate the unique benefits of our lawn care programs and address customer concerns. Getting to the root of the issues on their property to help provide solutions
Bring your expertise to meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, playing a key role in the team's overall success. The more you sell, the more opportunity you will receive
Qualification
Required
Proven Telesales Experience: A track record of success in telesales is essential. This job is for closers
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor
Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and maintain high motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets
Adaptability: Ability to adapt your sales approach to different customer personalities and effectively handle objections
Experience: phone sales: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
Knowledge of Lawn Care: Familiarity with lawn care services and products is highly advantageous
