Electronics Technician Intern
Yank Technologies, Inc. is a wireless charging startup in Brooklyn, New York, developing long-range, high power wireless charging technology. The Electrical Technician Intern will assist the Staff Technician in PCB and antenna fabrication, assembly, and testing, providing an opportunity to expand knowledge in wireless power and electronics manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Assemble, test, and verify new SMT PCB and antenna designs
Organize electrical materials for SMT PCB assembly and testing
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning PCBs, equipment, and other appliances
Read and interpret electronic circuit diagrams and schematics
Maintain a clean and organized workplace for materials and equipment
Qualification
Required
Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
At least 1 year of SMT PCB soldering, assembly, and debugging experience
Excellent oral and written communication
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, make effective and timely decisions, and solve problems
Passion for creating a wireless world where the state of your battery is not a concern but a mere afterthought
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical degree
Prior experience operating reflow ovens and soldering die packaging components
Prior experience using PCB design software packaging, such as Altium
Prior experience at a startup
