Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Distance Learning team to develop and recommend lab courses that support customers’ learning outcomes

Create digital components for existing labs as supplements or replacements for lab course content

Write, film, edit, and publish DL videos

Create digital labs for missing content in product line

Work closely with customers assisting with the implementation of online science courses

Troubleshoot LTI integration issues with instructors or school’s LMS admin

Manage DL content on CSO, and distribution of content to customers. Maintain records of virtual kit contents and virtual kits. Generate LTI codes and HTML passwords for virtual labs each semester

Provide guidance and support to instructors as needed to ensure successful digital and hands-on lab experience for online students

Performs Quality and User Acceptance Testing of new digital products

Stays on top of digital trends in education including LMS and devices and identifies how Carolina can integrate with trends

Develop a deep understanding of the college distance learning market

Maintains relationships with educators, universities, and associations to enhance company credibility and identify new opportunities for the sales team

Works with the Digital Manager and other stakeholders to evaluate and integrate digital resources for DL products

Provide technical support for internal and external customers. Provide necessary tools, content, and training across departmental teams to ensure that customer touch points are consistent and impactful

Prepares for and attends appropriate industry events

Performs other administrative duties as required
