Zurich Insurance is seeking an experienced Senior Performance Analyst or Assistant Finance Director to join the Zurich Resilience Solutions Finance team. This role plays a critical part in delivering timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across segments and leadership to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives

Support budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis

Support ad hoc requests, projects and cross-train with other members of the team

Prepare performance analysis packages and lead the financial plan cycle with the ZRS North America Leadership Team

Create new insights for a fast-growing organization to enable good decision making

Work in a team environment and have intermediate experience in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint

Required

Bachelors Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including Associate Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area AND

Experience with planning/forecasting models and Power BI or other visualization / scorecard tools

Bachelors Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR

High School Diploma or Equivalent and 9 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area OR

Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 7 or more years of experience in the Accounting or Finance area AND

Leadership experience

Experience with planning/forecasting models and Power BI or other visualization / scorecard tools

Preferred

CPA, CPCU, CFA, CTP or MBA

Bachelors Degree in Finance

P&L management experience

Strong Microsoft Office experience

Experience in SAP, BPC and Power BI

Insurance industry experience

Project management experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills
