Responsibilities
Provide ongoing Managed Services support for enterprise OneStream Planning and Consolidation solutions
Act as a technical escalation point for complex consolidation, planning, and reporting challenges
Own and enhance existing OneStream applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and best-practice design
Deliver configuration changes, enhancements, and optimisation initiatives across Planning and Consolidation modules
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end consolidation and reporting cycles
Advise clients on best practices for consolidation logic, metadata design, business rules, and workflow
Translate evolving business and regulatory requirements into robust technical solutions
Collaborate closely with client finance teams, IT stakeholders, and senior leadership
Contribute to internal Managed Services methodologies, documentation, and knowledge sharing
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years' experience working with multidimensional CPM platforms, with strong hands-on expertise in OneStream Planning and/or Consolidation
Proven experience supporting OneStream solutions in a post-implementation or Managed Services environment
Strong technical understanding of: Consolidation logic and ownership structures, Intercompany eliminations and currency translation, Planning models, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Solid knowledge of financial principles, including GAAP, IFRS, and statutory reporting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate as a trusted advisor
A passion for continuous improvement, optimisation, and technical mastery of the OneStream platform
