Responsibilities

Lead and develop a global team of private markets risk and analytics professionals
Process large volumes of data to identify trends, inform investment recommendations, and support client reporting
Design and refine risk and analytics models, including anomaly detection, scenario analysis, and stress testing
Collaborate with clients to address their risk and analytics needs
Monitor potential risks in investment products, including diversification testing and underperforming investments
Engage with external managers to enhance data quality and coverage
Partner with internal Technology and Data teams to improve databases and analytics platforms

Required

8–10+ years in private markets (private equity, private credit, real assets, or multi-asset alternatives) in data, analytics, reporting, or risk leadership roles
Proven track record of building or leading a central reporting or data analytics function
Strong understanding of private markets performance metrics (IRR, TVPI, DPI, PME, attribution frameworks)
Experienced with SQL, modern data warehouses/lakes, BI/visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and coding (Python/R preferred)
Excellent leadership skills with experience developing high-performing analytical or data teams
Ability to balance priorities across investments, operations, risk, and distribution
High standards for accuracy, controls, and documentation with a pragmatic approach to delivering iterative improvements
