Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Loan Officer or in the Mortgage Industry
Strong knowledge of Mortgage Lending and Underwriting processes
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with the ability to guide clients effectively through the mortgage application process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in relevant mortgage and loan software systems
Ability to work in a hybrid structure, balancing in-office presence with remote work as required
Preferred
Current NMLS license preferred or the ability to obtain one
