Responsibilities
Maintain regular client contact, including updates and follow-ups
Draft and file Summons and Complaints
Draft and file Bills of Particulars
Draft and file discovery demands and responses
Review and manage discovery deadlines and compliance
Draft and file Notes of Issue
Organize case files and maintain accurate litigation calendars
Communicate with courts, opposing counsel, and clients as needed
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal (New York litigation experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with NYSCEF and e-filing procedures
Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Preferred
Experience handling cases through trial readiness
Knowledge of CPLR and personal injury litigation procedures
