Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and partner referrals
Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs, technical environment, and interest level
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for Account Executives and Sales Engineers
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure timely lead follow-up and alignment
Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects via email, phone, and virtual meetings

Required

0–2 years of experience in an SDR, inside sales, or customer-facing role (internships included)
Bachelor's degree preferred; technical qualification or background is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to engage professionally with prospects and understand their basic business and technical needs
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple leads simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage

Preferred

Exposure to cybersecurity, data security, SaaS, or IT solutions
Basic understanding of enterprise IT environments (Active Directory, cloud, on-prem systems, etc.)
Experience supporting North American customers or working in a global sales environment
